I'm 36-years-old.

Overweight.

Living paycheck to paycheck.

And I've had enough of it.

I'm going back to our roots to become a Modern Caveman.

-----------------
Modern Caveman. Adjective + Noun.

1) Has the capacity to run, climb, swim & fight like a prehistoric hunter-gatherer.

2) Focuses on harnessing the power of timeless ideas to achieve greatness in the 21st century.
-----------------

A caveman is not weak.

A caveman is not obese.

A caveman is not cowardly.

He's stronger, faster & more agile than 99%+ of modern men.

He's formidable and free.

He's what I want to be.

And my progress will be measured through a gruelling 8 km (5 mile) race with 25 obstacles called Tough Viking (May 2024).

But with a full-time desk job and a family, I don't have a lot of time to do this.

And the Swedish winter is cold, dark & unforgiving.

I'll have to cut it down to bare-bone essentials like:

  • Making nutritious tasty meals DEAD SIMPLE
  • Walking/running parts of the way to/from work.
  • Taking the stairs instead of escalators & elevators
  • Working out during lunch or before/after a long day at the office.

It just won't happen otherwise.

Can you become a modern caveman with a few simple habits like these in your off-time?

We're about to find out.

That's what The Stone Age Newsletter is about.

If you want to be sent:
